This is exactly what will appear at the bottom of your emails.

    Step 2

Copy & paste into your email app

Gmail, Apple Mail, Spark, Outlook web

One-click copy with formatting. Paste directly into the signature editor.

If the first button doesn't work in your browser, try the alternate method — it selects the preview above so you can paste with Cmd/Ctrl+V.

    Outlook desktop & advanced setups

Grab the raw HTML source — paste into Outlook's signature file (.htm) or any tool that accepts HTML.

    </table>

    Step 3

Add it to your email app

    Gmail

    1. Click Copy formatted signature above.
    2. In Gmail: Settings (gear) → See all settingsGeneral → scroll to Signature.
    3. Create a new signature, click into the editor and paste (Cmd/Ctrl+V).
    4. Set it as default for new emails and replies, then Save changes at the bottom.

    Spark

    1. Copy the formatted signature above.
    2. Spark → SettingsSignature.
    3. Choose Rich text mode and paste. Save.

    Outlook (web & new Outlook)

    1. Copy the formatted signature above.
    2. Settings → MailCompose and replyEmail signature.
    3. Paste into the editor, assign to new emails/replies, save.

    Outlook (classic Windows desktop)

    1. File → OptionsMailSignatures → create a new signature.
    2. Paste the formatted signature into the editor. If the GIF doesn't display, use the Copy HTML source option and edit the signature .htm file directly at %APPDATA%\Microsoft\Signatures.
    3. Note: classic Outlook for Windows shows only the first frame of any GIF — that's an Outlook limitation, not the file.

    Apple Mail

    1. Copy the formatted signature above.
    2. Mail → SettingsSignatures → create a new one.
    3. Paste into the editor. Uncheck Always match my default message font so styling is preserved.
