ACAW 2026 was South Australia's inaugural community-led climate action week. From 27 July to 2 August, we filled Adelaide with conversations, gatherings, art, science, ceremony, ideas and action; one state showing up for our planet. Every event, every venue, every voice, every share is how that first week got built — and it's exactly how we'll build the next one. You don't need to be a climate expert or a professional event organiser. You just need an idea, a passion for action, and a willingness to bring people together. We ask all organisers to actively consider diversity of speakers, attendees and access — including cost, location and language. #### It connects to climate action Your event should clearly relate to one of ACAW's five areas of action: Learn, Care, Use Wisely, Restore or Be Ready.
